Grill is a total junk. Waste of my money. Lasted less than 1 season. It’s completely rusted out. The bars are rusted to the thickness of match sticks
The plates that cover the burners are rusted with holes in them. $300 waste of space. Never again from now on buying quality. My old webber lasted 7 years for only $200 more.

2 burner grill purchased at a major home outlet. Good vlue for the price. Great construction. Circumstances dictated that I and the wife would be assembling the unit rather thatn the outlet store. Great instruction book. Easy to assemble.
Cooking is a charm. The heat needs turning down and is hard to judge because the flame cannot be seen in daylight.
One side panel was banged up and the top panel was dinged in one place. Did some light metal bashing to staighten things out. Poor quality control in the packaging dept. indicated. Did not ask for replacement parts.
I purchased a Master Forge Double Door Liquid Propane Gas Smoker model # MFY784CDP on 9/12/2011 and on 4/22/12, the flame shot out of the tube right below the temperature gage knob on the inside by the screening next to the stainless steel tube that leads to the burner. The flame melted the temperature gage handle, the temperature display label and the rubber hose that connects the propane tank to the smoker. Please let me know what will be done to fix this? Will you replace the lower section of the smoker? Where can I get the parts for this? Please contact me at jbjharrell@sbcglobal.net.
Buyer Beware!!!!! The first thing to go on this grill will be the grease plate under the burners. This is a VERY CHEAP plate of steel that you will not be able to buy anywhere after it rusts out in 2 years. Your new grill will look great on you patio but you won’t be able to use it safely. This is a total waste of money – buy this if you are comfortable with a product that will not survive past 2 or 3 seasons.
Second – before you buy this product see if you can find a support presence anywhere. You won’t because there is none.

I need a new ignitor module for the Master Forge P3018. All I can find are universal push button replacements. The ignitor itself is not push button rather each burner knob is a push button. I need the module that provides ignition to each seperate burner. The part number I believe is DHLG-6A 0934
I have a #GGP-2601 and want to purchase a rotisserie for it. Bought a universal kit but the brackets alone do not allow the side burner doors to open. Returned it. Do you have one that works on this unit?
Don’t buy it from Lowe’s; they will not help me at all!!!! The second they find out I did not buy their extended warranty, they drop me like a hot plate!!! If they would have told me the grill is a piece of sh%!, I would have bought the warranty. This grill was 500 plus and is a year and a half old. Rusted, plastic is ruined, the STAINLESS is shot, must be the cheapest crap you make it out of!!! I bought the model sh3118b masterforge grill and it has rusted completely through the burners the splash pans and the top.This grilll is a complete dissapointment. I have already replaced the regulator and ignitor.i bought the extended warranty through Lowes but cant find the info. Please help.
I purchased a master forge split top grill in december of 2011 and had to have the ignitor replaced two weeks ago.Now i am smelling gas i checked for leaks in the lines and could find none.Today when i attempted to use it it would not come up to temp. it only reached 200 degrees……..i turned off two burners and ran just one and it was the same…needless to say i thought iwas happy with my grill but now i am not so sure…spent over $300.00 and things are not looking good.

I’m interested in purchasing the three component granite topped outdoor kitchen you featured at Lowes in Tampa on Waters at the Veterans. I’ll be using natural gas with a alluminum flex coupling and wont need the plastic line. The units I’ll need are the 5 burner grill; the built in sink; the built in refrigeraator.

The regulator valve on my five month old grill went bad,i lit it up and there was barely no flame i went in the house for a monute and came back out and there were flames shooting in the air four feet,i turned it off and let it cool down and went back out and turned on the gas knobs and the propane was shootting out so hard it was sputtering through the jets.This is after the ignitor went bad two weeks ago.I took it back to lowes and traded for a char broil real infrared commercial for $30.00 more.No more master forge for me….
